酒店房間不多，但是各項設施還不錯，酒店有待客泊車，服務很棒，前台幾位服務接待很到位，講解介紹旅遊路線，幫我們預訂一日遊特別熱情，推薦的烤肉自助也很棒，酒店還有合作的健身房smart fit可以去健身，非常喜歡！

Estadía sin problemas, pero hotel no respeto habitación correspondiente a la reserva y no dio solución, sin embargo destacó el desayuno Mirla persona que atendía en el comedor muy amable. Hotel puede ser mejor, aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso, televisor antiguo, hotel no llega a 4 estrellas. Además solo tenían toallas para la playa nunca había disponible sombrillas.

Bien ubicado, destino ok, acuerdo con Smartfit top! Habitación grande! Lo único « malo » es el ruido… se escucha bastante. Daría un 7/10 al hotel. Pero el precio es bueno

Le jour du Check in il y’a eu soucis avec la chambre attribuée ils nous ont changé de chambre direct. Un autre jour un soucis avec un prestataire d’activité la barrière de la langue ils ont su nous aider à trouver une solution avec le prestataire. Très accueillant très souriant très sympathique très serviable très professionnel. Hôtel très bien situé mais mérite un coup de fraîcheur niveau salle de bain et climatisation

Hotel muito bem localizado. Recepcionista André muitíssimo prestativo, assim como a Camareira Andréa e a Mirla do Restaurante e o Adejoan também da recepção. Sem dúvida que o hotel tem muita rotatividade, o que impede de um maior arejamento dos quartos (os mais baixos com algum cheio a mofo). As chaves eletrónicas funcionam mal (tive sempre que trocá-las a cada vez que ia para o quarto). O café da manhã agradável e sem dúvida o atendimento prestativo e acolhedor é o que mais se destaca neste Hotel. Parabéns à Equipe!

Excellent value for the price. I couldn't believe how big the room was with ahuge bathroom and spa bath. I was very impressed. The tall receptionist checked me in very early which was a pleasant surprise for just asking if I can store my bag. The location was great just a few min walk from the beach. Highly recommend

Great location, close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommend if on a budget and want to be close to copacabana. Only real negative is there online booking which doesn’t really accommodate non Brazilian guests. Tried to do before arriving, received about 10 emails to do this! And even then it would not accept without certain information that only Brazilian nationals have. And when we got to the hotel, they asked us to do the online check in too, which took 45 mins or so for them to realise there is a fault with it. And then checked us in within 2 mins.

Hotel muy bien ubicado,con buenos servicios,habitaciones comodas,lo mejor todo su personal,desde Egido que nos recibio y nos despidio,todos los de recepcion siempre atentos.El desayuno bueno,un poco chico el comedor para tantas habitaciones nada importante,agradecer a las camareras que nos atendieron en el desayuno,Mirla y Rose.Lo recomendamos hemos viajado muchas veces a Rio,aca la pasamos de 10

Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione. Colazione non abbondante ma concreta, sia salato che qualcosa di dolce, naturalmente siamo a livello di un 3 stelle. La posizione è il punto di forza, attaccato a Copacabana, purtroppo il prezzo essendoci il carnevale è sproporzionato, ma se trovate un buon prezzo non è male. Condizionatore molto rumoroso e si sente anche la strada ma le altre stanze non si sentono se non in bagno. Personale senza slanci, qualcuno salutava, qualcuno no
